2020/21 Full Year Competitive Team Overview
The South Side Elite FC Competitive program is set up to provide children as young as 6 years old the proper training to propel them into a possible Private High School or Collage scholarship. In today's athletics Collages are looking at players as early as 10 years old and watching possible prospects throughout their youth competitive soccer careers. Each Collage scout can look at each players profile through Gotsoccer.com and various databases to see if the player has been in a competitive soccer program and for how many years. This can be a deciding factor in a decision to propose an athletic scholarship or not.
South Side Elite FC believes the younger the athlete starts training (Under 7) in a competitive setting the chances of the player receiving a scholarship are higher.
Players that do not play year round develop slower then players that play year round.
